These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our electric vehicle (EV) rental services and constitute a binding agreement between you and E-Future Car Rentals, located in Malaysia. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease your use of our services. ### Eligibility To use our services, you must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver’s license accepted in Malaysia, and have a clean driving record free from any disqualifying factors. We reserve the right to conduct necessary background checks to verify your eligibility. ### Booking and Payment Bookings can be made through our website or authorized platforms. A valid payment method is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other specified payment options. By making a reservation, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full rental amount, including any applicable taxes and fees. All bookings are subject to availability. ### Rental Usage Upon renting a vehicle, it is your responsibility to operate it in accordance with Malaysian traffic laws and regulations. You agree to return the vehicle in the same condition as received, barring normal wear and tear. Any damages or excessive wear will incur additional charges, payable upon return of the vehicle. ### Liability and Insurance E-Future Car Rentals provides basic insurance coverage with all rentals; however, customers are encouraged to consider additional coverage options for enhanced protection. You accept full liability for any penalties, fines, or charges resulting from violations such as traffic infractions during the rental period. ### Amendments and Cancellations We understand that plans may change; therefore, you can amend or cancel your booking according to our cancellation policy detailed on our website. Any amendments may incur additional charges depending on the changes made. ### Termination E-Future Car Rentals reserves the right to terminate any rental agreement without notice if there is reasonable belief that these Terms have been breached by the customer.
